Before establishing Martis Private Office, Lucy spent four years with an established Corfu estate agency, gaining valuable insight into the local market while building trusted relationships with leading estate agencies and industry professionals across the island.
Lucy holds a degree in Business and Marketing and a master’s degree in Social Sciences, and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Having built and managed her own property portfolio across both the UK and Greece, she combines an investor’s perspective with access to the wider market, including discreet off-market opportunities and a trusted network of legal and technical professionals.
Her approach is defined by discretion, integrity and thoughtful judgement, providing objective advice that helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions throughout the acquisition process.
Yiannis Martis
Senior Real Estate Lawyer
Yiannis Martis is a Greek-qualified lawyer with over 20 years of experience in real estate and banking law, with particular expertise in complex property transactions.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank, where he was responsible for overseeing due diligence on a wide range of property cases. This provided him with in-depth insight into the legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks underpinning real estate in Greece.
He also holds a master’s degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, complementing his legal expertise with a practical understanding of property and building matters and enabling him to identify issues that may require further technical investigation.
Fluent in English, Greek, and Italian, Yiannis is trusted by international clients seeking clarity, discretion, and security when investing in Greece.
